| 摘 要： | 科研是高等院校的三大任务之一,科研管理的信息化、网络化是提升学校科研水平的必由之路.针对科研管理存在的问题,作为数字化校园建设的一部分,开发适合西部文科高校科研工作管理信息化、网络化的新系统.文章以广西财经学院的研发和应用为例,分析了系统建设的主要内容及系统运行的效果

| Abstract: | With the case study of Guangxi University of Finance of Economics,this paper analyzes the construction of the scientific research and management information network system.The pure Java technological framework is composed of the J2EE technology,oracle ADF,and various frequently used common components.Through the practice,it proves that this system works efficiently. |
