研究生培养模式研究之反思

我国研究生教育已进入新的发展时期,研究生教育的研究尤以研究生培养模式的研究为重要。以往的研究注重概念分析、总结模式类型、侧重借鉴国外、关注层次类型,但缺乏对研究生培养模式划分依据的重视和研究;在研究生培养模式的比较研究方面,忽视了与我国经济、社会发展以及高等教育发展背景相近国家的研究生教育状况; 尚未提出与我国研究生教育规模急剧扩大的发展现状相适应的有效模式。今后的研究中,要注重划分依据研究,分层次探讨硕士生培养模式与博士生培养模式。

Reflections about the Study of Graduate Education Mode

So far, graduate education in China has entered a new development stage and the study of graduate education has also become a hot issue, especially the study of graduate education mode. In the past, the study of graduate education focused on the analysis of concepts and the summary of training modes and types and emphasized foreign experience at the cost of ignoring the mode division of graduate education. In the comparative study of graduate education modes, the study on the graduate education systems of those countries with similar backgrounds of socioeconomic and educational development was neglected. As a result, there has not put forward an effective mode of graduate education adapted to the rapid size expansion of graduate education in China. For this reason, due attention should be paid to the study on the basis for dividing graduate education modes and explore those effective modes of graduate education in China.
