| 摘 要： | 更正与答辩权 ,是在长期的新闻实践中逐渐形成、并与新闻报道特点相适应的一种人权的延伸。就传媒与受众的关系而言 ,传媒负有向受众提供真实新闻的责任 ,新闻报道难免会出现报道差误 ,传媒主动更正和让相关人答辩 ,是传媒的职业道德规范之一。更正与答辩权的提出 ,有助于限制滥用新闻自由和保障新闻产品消费者的合法权益。各国的新闻法 ,大多有关于这一问题的规定。中国目前在更正与答辩问题上有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The right of correcting and answering is an extension of human rights that are formed during journalistic practices and compliant to characteristics of news reporting.For media's relationship with the acceptees,media has the responsibilities to provide true news.It is unavoidable for media to make errors in their reporting,so it is one of media's professional morals to make corrections and answers actively.Adoption of correcting and answering rights is good to avoiding abuses of news freedom and protecting legal rights of consumers. |
