| 摘 要： | 图书馆的商标权益保护问题还没有受到业内应有的重视。本文主要探讨了图书馆标志注册成商标对服务发展的正向影响,分析了图书馆申请商标注册涉及的标志的保护性、服务商标注册策略、著作权和商标权冲突等问题,对图书馆的商标管理与开发利用提出了建议。
