摘    要:从夸美纽斯创立班级授课制以来,教育随着社会发展而变化,班级授课制越来越不能适应时代的要求。诺丁斯所创立的道德教育的关心模式,为我们建构一种新型的教学组织形式提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Since Comenius founded the class teaching system,education has kept on developing with the development of the society,and the class teaching system has gradually not been able to be accustomed to the demand of the age.Noddings's caring mode of moral education offers the academic basis on which we can construct a new type of organizational mode in teaching.
