| 摘 要： | 亚太地区和世界其他各地正处于一个巨大变革的时代,学校的功能正在扩展,学校教育的新范式也正在出现。为了满足21世纪的社会需求,教师教育的模式也应当发生相应的转换。本文提出了一个在三重化背景之下的、指向教师终身学习和发展的教师教育新模式。

| Abstract: | In an era of dramatic transformation in the Asia - Pacific region and other parts of the world, the school functions is expanding and the new paradigm for school education is emerging.To meet the social needs in the 21st century, the model of teachers' education should be transformed. The paper proposes a new model of teachers' education toward a teacher's life - long learning and development under the context of triplization. |
