论城市作用力与区域经济发展

城市自从产生以来，便和其所在区域之间发生着相互依存、相互制约的紧密联系．城市是区域的核心，研究区域经济、制定区域发展规划和选择区域开发方案时，均应十分重视对区域影响较大的城市的研究．城市作用力是指一定时期内城市对于其所在区域的各种影响和作用力的总称，它是城市对区域的正向推动力和负向削弱力的合力．负向削弱力造成城乡差距扩大，区域经济呈现出不平衡发展格局．正向推动力有利于缩小区域内部的经济差异，促使区域经济协调发展．城市总体作用力的大小和区域经济发展水平之间具有显著的正相关关系．

On the functional force of city and the development of regional economy

There are close relationship between the city and the region, which depand on mutually and ristrict each other. As the city is the core of the region, enough attention should be paied to the city when researching the regional economy as well as planning its development. The concept of functional force of city was put forward in this paper for aim to indicate the general influnce which the city to the region, it has two opposite component -positive pushing power and negative weakening power. The former can enlarge the disparity of regional economy, especially between the town and the country. But the latter can ruduce the disparity and be beneficial to the coordination of the development of regional economy. Pracice bear out the total functional force of city has positive relationship with the development level of regional economy.
