| 摘 要： | 通过对上海体育赛事发展定位的依据、模式和内涵的阐释，分析实现其定位的差距与主要矛盾，并提出对策建议：一是形成上海体育赛事管理体制改革的共识和决心；二是构建规划阶段的跨行业的对话与协调机制；三是建立体育赛事公益性价值补偿机制；四是垄断的对策。
