| 摘 要： | 随着非国有外贸企业的进入,国有外贸企业面临日益严峻的内外部挑战,本文分析了国有外贸企业困惑的原因并认为应该建立现代企业制度、合理进行资产重组、改善经营结构、创新经营战略,外贸企业方能在市场竞争中立稳脚跟、应对挑战。

| Abstract: | This paper thinks that the state-owned foreign trade enterprises should be reformed thoroughly and it's necessary to establish the modern enterprises' system,reorganize assets reasonably,improve the operational structure,and innovate business strategies and so on. |
