微生物学期末考试试卷质量定量分析1

为评价微生物学期末考试试卷质量，促进教学效果的提高，文章采用难度系数、区分度、信度指标等对六盘水师范学院生命科学系生物科学专业微生物学2010级和2011级的期末考试试卷进行数理统计分析。结果显示2010级和2011级的试卷难度系数分别为0.335和0.346、区分度为0.387和0.375、信度为0.661和0.386；两次考试成绩均呈正正态分布。这表明2010级和2011级微生物学试卷符合测试要求，并根据分析结果，对教学团队今后的教学和考试命题提出了建议。

Quantitative Analysis of Microbiology Final Exam Paper

To evaluate the quality of microbiology final exam and improve teaching quality, two papers for un-dergraduate majoring in biological sciences in Class 2010 and 2011, department of life sciences, Liupanshui Normal University have been analysed statistically using Microsoft Excell2010？ and SPSS 16.0？. The results show that the difficulty index of the papers for 2010 and 2011 classes are 0.335 and 0.346, respectively;dis-crimination index, 0.387 and 0.375;reliability index, 0.661and 0.386. Two times examination results conform to the Gaussian distribution. These data indicate that the two microbiology final exam papers may meet the examination requirements. This paper also gives some suggestions on teaching and designing exam questions for our team.
