| Abstract: | To foster scientific research ability of undergraduate in teaching microbiology, based on experienc-es in teaching practices of microbiology, the principal approaches are summarized as the following aspects：（i） inspiring professional interest, （ii） developing study and thinking skills, （iii） strengthening basic experi-mental skills, and （iv） carefully supervising each stage of bacheloral thesis. |
