数控产业技术跨越发展战略研究

摘    要:数控产业是国家的战略产业。经过“八五”、“九五”技术攻关,我国数控技术取得突破性进展,为进一步发展奠定了良好基础。然而数控产业要真正成为国民经济的支柱产业,不能仅仅满足于技术上的突破,还必须上规模、形成产业。我国已经加入WTO,数控产业的竞争压力日增,新出台的“十五”计划纲要中,把发展数控机床放到重要位置,为数控产业发展提供了不小机遇。面对机遇和挑战,引入竞争机制,建立以企业核心能力为基础的可持续竞争优势是我国数控产业实现跨越发展的关键。

Abstract:Nc technology is very important for a country's manufacturing industry. After carrying out the key technology R&D project during the eighth and ninth "Five Year Planning" period, China has made outstanding progress in the field of Nc. But to make break in technology is not sufficient, China should speed up its Nc technology industrialization process under the pressure of international competition considering that China has entered WTO. In the program of the tenth "Five Year Planning", to develop Nc machine tool has been put into a very significant place. Comparing with traditional developing way under the control of government's planing, the new way of industrialization should introduce market system. To promote international competence, China's Nc machine system manufacturer should develop its core competence depending on technological innovation.
