| Abstract: | This paper explores the evolution of value orientation in creating the accessibility Web environment from 3 dimensions:the expansion of the scope of the users in the Web environment,the social value of the Web environment,and the barrier-free construction from the individual Website to the entire Web world.The paper aims at providing some beneficial inspirations as to how to promote the construction of the accessibility Web in China at the present stage. |
