| 摘 要： | 动画人才的培养不同于传统专业的教育方式,它既需要培养学生在艺术方面的独创意识,又需要培养学生的分工合作精神.动画教育在我国作为一门新兴的专业学科,在培养人才方面还存在很多不足.本文从动画项目教学着手,探讨了我国动画人才的培养模式.
