| Abstract: | Faculty with theoretical and practical knowledge is the key to implement higher professional education. With the high development of higher professional education, faculty with theoretical and practical knowledge has become its bottleneck. Understanding the intension of faculty and analyzing different kinds of influential factors are advantage to find a way that could accelerate the establishment of the faculty with theoretical and practical knowledge. |
