| 摘 要： | 根据高职院校人才培养的目标和模式,结合工科专业学生金工实习的实际情况,提出了建设性的改进措施和途径,即合理安排金工实习的教学计划和设备采购计划;有计划地组织和实施金工实习,注重理论与实践的有机结合;以培养学生技能为目标,与职业技能考核鉴定制度接轨;走产、学、研结合的道路,与企业界合作共建实践教学基地;提高金工实习指导教师的素质.

| Abstract: | In the light of the general objectives and modes of education in high vocational colleges, this paper proposes the improvements concerning combination of the actual craftsmanship practice and teaching curriculum. Likewise, the students learn the actual principle and practice, the teachers acquire the general qualities in practice,and schools achieve cooperation with businesses. |
