论西北地区生态建设的路径选择

本文针对西北实际，认为西北生态环境恶化的主要原因是人们不合理行为与活动破坏的结果．因此要合理调整人口寰局，规范人们的行为与活动，提出用城市化来带动生态化，从根本上保证我国西北地区的生态环境建设与经济发展，真正达到生态、经济、社会三个效益的统一．还提出了西北生态建设的新路径，认为城市化是西北生态建设不可或缺的环节．

On the Route Choosing of Ecological Construction in the Northwestern Region

On the basis of analysis to the Northwest regions of China, the article argues that the main reasons of these regions' environment deterioration are the people' unreasonable behaviors and actions. Therefore, we should adjust the distribution of populations and the behaviors of people. Moreover, the article puts forward the new route of ecological construction in the Northwest regions of China, and emphasizes the need of the urbanization to the ecological construction of these regions.
