马斯洛的理论对大学毕业生心理教育的启示

摘    要:马斯洛有序的生命需要理论主要表现为自信,自由选择,乐观的解释风格,做应该做的事,确定生活原则与目标.这些理论对当代大学毕业生自信与自负,深思与忧虑,抉择与紧迫等心理特征,具有重要的启示作用.可运用马斯洛有序的生命需要理论,帮助大学毕业生树立信心,克服恐慌心理;树立目标,克服迷茫心理;树立终身学习观,克服愧疚心理;树立竞争意识,克服失望、忌妒心理;树立主动适应社会的观念,克服惧怕心理.

Abstract:This paper holds Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is inspiring in the psychological education of college graduates for its study on the laws of human potentials and self-fulfillment.College graduates are characterized by conflicts between confidence and conceit,contemplation and apprehension,thoughtfulness and pressure etc.In light of Maslow's theory,we can help graduates to build up their confidence,overcome their panic,get rid of negative emotions such as disappointment,jealousy etc,be competence-oriented and well-prepared to accommodate themselves to the society.
