| 摘 要： | 研究并正确揭示科学技术驱动产业升级的机理，对调整经济结构，促进产业发展具有不可低估的意义。本从科学技术发展与产业升级的实证分析入手，探析了科技发展对产业结构演进的强大驱动作用。科技发展推动产业升级往往是用存在于生产力诸要素之中，并通过对传统产业部门的改造、新兴产业的兴起及产业部门范围的拓展等，促使整个社会经济所包含的产业群体越来越多，产业的深度与广度、产业结构的调整都达到前所未有的高度。科技生产

The realization of this drive is through the applying of science and technology to productive forces, the reform of traditional industrial department and its extension. In this way, all aspects of industry can reach a high level, and the procession of productive forces development and industrial structure will be an integration. |
