| Abstract: | the view of world-orientation and the view of nation-orientation are the two essential cultural elements in the globalization of economy and internationalization of higher education. The relationship between the world-orientation and the nation-orientation is,as a matter of fact,that between modernity and tradition. The key to the development of higher education with characteristics of China,under the circumstances of globalization,lies in internationalization combined with nationalization. |
