摘 要: | 本文着重于对纳米技术生命周期进行研究和判断 ,认清纳米技术发展各阶段的规律及特征 ,进而确定我国当前纳米技术及其产业化发展正处于其生命周期中的萌芽阶段 ,并提出萌芽阶段我国纳米技术及其产业化发展障碍正是源自于其发展动力机制的缺乏 ,确定现阶段我国纳米技术发展的政策支持重点是构筑外部支撑环境 ,以形成有效的动力机制

Research on the lifecycle and the emphasis of supporting policy of the current development of nanotechnology in China |

Abstract: | This article places stress on the research of the lifecycle of Nanotechnology, analyzing the rules and characters of each of its developing period. Then we confirm that the Nanotechnology and its industrialization of China is in the germination phase. We also consider the obstacles in the industrialization of Nanotechnology in China come from the lack of developmental mechanism and confirm the key points of the supporting policy is to construct an effective supporting environment, and establish an effective developmental mechanism for it. |
