| 摘 要： | 汽车轮毂PCD(pitch circle diameter)值是指螺栓安装孔的中心连接而成的截面圆的直径。常见的螺栓孔有四孔、五孔、六孔等分布模式,孔数与PCD值的乘积是轮毂的一项重要参数,本文旨在讨论用数字图像技术精确检测这些螺栓孔分布的几何数据,如孔心坐标x0,y0,节圆直径PCD,孔与孔之间的夹角θ,轮轴中心的坐标,以及各孔到轮轴中心的半径等等。

| Abstract: | The Wheel PCD(Pitch Circle Diameter) is the diameter of the studs from the centre of the wheel.The common stud distribute pattern usually have four,five,six studs.The number of studs and multiply by PCD is an important parameter of Wheel.This article is for the purpose of discussing precisely measure the geometry data of studs with digital image processing technology,like hole heart coordinates x0,y0,Pitch Circle Diameter PCD,angle theta between studs wheel axle center coordinates,as well as various studs to wheel axle center radius and so on. |
