| 摘 要： | 海上石油工程不同于陆地石油工程，专家很难在钻井现场需要时及时亲临现场，一般根据现场提供的资料提供决策。本文分析了海上油田石油工程决策中心建设思路及设计原则，并对该系统的实施进行了分析。
