毛泽东的人格力量与中国外交政策的奠定

制定外交政策、制定什么样的外交政策，某种程度上取决于国际局势，更取决于强人政治时代领袖个人的决策，因而领袖的人格力量显得尤为重要。人格通常由个人的能力、阅历、经历、性格、气质、品质等组成，作用于个人身上形成的合力即人格力量。在相当程度上，毛泽东个人的人格力量决定他能及时对国际局势作出准确判断和正确认识，从而使新中国外交一直没有偏离正确的行动方向，并为新中国外交政策的确立奠定了基础。

Mao Zedong's Personality and Establishment of China's Foreign Policies

The formulation of foreign policies or what kind of foreign policies to formulate depends, to some extent, on international situations. In a strongman political era, it depends more on a leader＇ personal decisions. So the personality power of the leader is particularly important. Personality usually consists of an individual＇ s personal abilities, experience, disposition, temperament, and quality. The power of personality is the resultant force of personality acting on an individual. To a considerable extent, Mao Zedong＇s personal power of personality enabled him to make accurate judgments and gain correct insight of international situations in a timely manner. As a consequence, the diplomacy of new China had not deviated from the correct course of action, and a solid foundation had been laid for the establishment of the foreign policies of new China.
