中国高校专利转化的问题及对策

当今的中国正努力地在科学发展观的指导下进行经济建设，政府对高校的科研投入在不断增加，高校的科研能力也在显著提高，但不可否认，高校科技成果转化率较低仍然是一个难以解决的瓶颈问题。本文在分析了相关统计数字的基础上，以独特的视角提出了中国高校科技转化存在的问题，并试图在分析、借鉴世界其他国家成功做法的基础上，对此问题的解决提出一些建议。

Problems and Solutions of Patent Transformation in Chinese Universities

Under the guidance of the Scientific concept of development, China is concentrating on economic construction, and government＇ s investment in science and research in the universities is increasing year by year. But it is hard to denied that the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in collages and universities is still low with the researching capacity of colleges and universities increasing. This is still a bottleneck hard to solve. Based on the analysis of the relevant statistic data, this article presents existing problems of scientific and technological achievements transformation in Chinese collages and universities from a unique perspective. This article also tries to ananlyze successful practices of other countries, and gives some suggestions on these problems.
