摘    要:大学生以学习为主要任务,其受教育的权利主要体现为学习权。当代大学生因心理基础、文化背景和教育诉求等差异性的存在,学习权得不到有效的保障,而参与学校管理则是实现大学生学习权最有效的路径之一,对实现其学习权有着极为重要的作用。

Abstract:The main task of college students is to acquire knowledge, and their rights to receive the ed- ucation reflect their learning rights. Because of the differences in psychological basis, cultural back- ground and educational aspirations and other aspects among contemporary college students, the college students' learning rights are lack of effective guarantee. However, participating in university manage- ment is the most effective path to realize college students' learning rights and plays an important role in realizing college students' learning rights.
