| Abstract: | This article points out that in the era of intellectual economy, knowledge would be the crucial factor in the developing of social economy. It also suggests that good realization of the intrinsic feature of intellectual economy and changing of talents training model in higher education to meet the new demands of intellectual developing of society should be the main content of the higher education reform. |
