| 摘 要： | 我国城市老龄化问题日益严重，未富先老特征十分明显，传统混合养老模式陷入窘境，乡村社区集中养老已成为缓解城市养老问题的一剂良方。以调查数据为依据，通过分析乡村社区养老模式的社会基础，指出了推行乡村社区养老模式的效益优势。并站在城乡一体化发展的角度，提出了乡村养老社区建设应坚持的原则，同时设计了推行乡村社区养老模式的具体措施，从而使该乡村养老社区更具操作性。

| Abstract: | Urban aging problem is getting worse in China, a feature of＂getting old even before getting rich＂ is as plain as nose on somebody＇s face, and traditional mixed old-age caring mode has fallen into predicament. The mode of rural old-age caring community away from city is a good way to relieve the pressure of providing for the aged upon cities. On the basis of survey data, this paper analysizes the social foundation of rural elderly caring community, suggests advantage of its implementation. From the standpoint of urban-rural integration, the last part proposes several principles about its construction, designs specific measures in mode recommended in this paper. implementing it, so as to make it more operable with the |
