| 摘 要： | 对精英教育和大众化教育的质量标准加以简要分析，认为高职教育应以能否满足区域社会经济发展的需求，适应市场变化能力的强弱为衡量高职教育质量的基本标准；高职教育应树立在适应性基础上的特色化质量观。

| Abstract: | Based on the brief analysis on the quality standard of elite education and popularization education, the article regards that higher vocational education should take meeting the needs of regional economic development, adapting the change of market as the basic standard to measure the quality of higher vocational education and establish the quality view in characteristics based on adaptability. |
