国防生军事素质现状调查及分析

本文通过采用抽样调查的方法,对湖南省几所高校国防生进行了军事素质的问卷调查,深入分析了目前国防生的军事知识素质、军人作风养成、军事技能素质等方面现状。调查表明：多数国防生军事理论基础较好,但军事指挥能力较弱;具有较强的服从意识和顽强的战斗精神,但日常养成意识薄弱、军人仪容重视不够;心理素质较过硬,但军事体能和组训能力还需加强。
