论学生精神自由的缺失与实现

摘    要:精神自由是人的精神发展的必要条件。但当前教育、教学上的教条主义、道德主义、律令主义、家长主义、恐吓等干预、限制了学生的精神自主,阻碍了学生精神的自由发展。为发展学生的自主、自由的精神,培养学生的独立人格,教育应是从学生幸福出发的教育,教育教学过程应成为师生交往合作的过程,应将教育与受教育的关系由原始同一的关系还原为原始分化的关系,在实现这种还原的基础上,教育应克服唯我主义和权威运用的绝对化。

Abstract:The doctrinism, moralism, rulism, parentism and threats in present education have limited students' spiritual freedom, and slowed down their spiritual development. In order to promote students' spiritual freedom, and cultivate their independent personality, education should be based on students' felicity, the procession should become the course of exchange , the relationship between teachers and students should return from the original identical one back to the original separated one. Meanwhile, educators should overcome their egoism and limit their use of authority.
