摘 要: | 社会成员对社会资源的占有状况不同,从而形成了不同的社会阶层。作为一个职业群体,教师的收入反映教师职业的基本经济状况,同时也表明教师职业在社会阶层中的经济地位。教师职业的声望等级可以作为一般意义上的职业地位指标,折射出人们的价值取向,对收入和权利起着平衡和纠偏作用。教师的社会阶层对其生活方式、兴趣和惯习产生深刻影响,并深深地植根于角色关系及社会交往之中。

Abstract: | The social member's states of occupying social resources are different,thus form different social stratum.As a professional community,teachers' income reflects their basic economic situation, and shows the economic status in the social stratum of teaching profession.In general,teacher's pro- fessional popularity can be regarded as the index of occupational status,which indicates people's value orientation and plays the role of equilibrium and rectify a deviation in the income and power.Teacher's social stratum has a great influence on his life style,interests and habits,which is planted deeply in the relation of the roles and social communication. |
