家电业留住知识型员工的激励措施分析

摘    要:通过对目前家电业的现状调查,得出知识型员工对家电业增强竞争优势具有无法替代的作用的结论以知识型员工的特点分析他们流动性强的原因,指出建立一个多元化的激励机制是家电业留住知识型员工、提高企业核心竞争力的关键所在。

Analysis on Incentive Measures for Electric Appliances Industries to Hold Knowledge-based Employees

Abstract:The survey of current household electric appliances industries indicated the roles of knowledge-based employees for industries' enforced competitivenss are unsubstitutible.This paper further analyzes the characteristics of such employees to find the reasons for their frequent mobility,and points out that the establishment of multi-facet incentive mechanism is the key to hold knowledge-based employees and enhance the industries' core competition.
