| 摘 要： | 本文重点论述了国务院新颁布实施的《信访条例》的重要意义、信访工作重点及基本内容;阐述了贯彻执行《信访条例》,切实加强和改进新形势下信访工作的基本思路和工作目标;提出了贯彻执行《信访条例》,维护企业稳定推动企业经济工作健康发展过程中应着重解决的问题.
