| 摘 要： | 培养拔尖创新人才对于建设创新型国家，具有重大的战略意义。中国特色现代大学要想在新一轮的人才竞争中立于不败之地，赢得主动，关键就在于抓好高校教师队伍建设这个根本。本文分析当前高校教师队伍建设中存在的困难和问题，提出校教师队伍建设三个方面的思路。

| Abstract: | To foster tip-top talents is of strategic meaning for building an innovative nation. The key for modernized universities with Chinese characteristics to secure its invincible position and gain the upper hand in the new round talent competition is to stick to the team construction of college teachers. This article analyzes the hardships and problems in current team construction of college teachers and poses three thoughts to build it. |
