| 摘 要： | 高校学生申诉制度是一项法定的非诉讼性的权利救济制度。通过分析这一制度存在的问题,提出建议,使其更好地遵循高等教育的内在逻辑和发展规律,更好地维护学生的权利,从而加强人本法制观的治校理念。

| Abstract: | Appeal system of college students is a juristic non-litigant right redress system.We can make it run more smoothly to follow the internal logic and law of development of college education.so as to better to defend rights for college students and reinforce the human-based law view on college government by trying to analyzing the system through the existing problems and making suggestions. |
