| 摘 要： | 20 0 1年 6月 8日 ,我国教育部颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要〈试行〉》 ,它对教师素质提出了前所未有的要求与挑战 .这在课程改革的基本理念、选择和组织教育内容、创设支持性环境、专业化学习、学会合作等五个方面可以表现出来 .为此 ,笔者以这五方面为切入口 ,说明教师在基础教育课程改革中应具备的基本素质

| Abstract: | June 8 th 2001, the national education department issued compendium of elementary education curriculum reform (trial). It poses before teachers unprecedented requirements and challenge, represented by essential conception of curriculum reform, teaching program organization, supporting environment construction, specialized study and study of cooperation. Therefore the author expatiates teachers' competence in these five aspects. |
