| 摘 要： | 探讨吕不韦的管理思想有三个层面。第一,"通乎性命之情"即把握和利用人的自然欲求,是吕不韦管理思想的出发点;第二,"天下为公",即建立一个相互依存、利益共享、和谐共处的组织,是管理的理想状态,实现这个理想的关键是明确"君道"、"臣道",即组织内要合理分工;第三,君主完成"君道",就需要修身律己、尚贤任贤、崇尚德教。吕不韦的管理思想对于当代组织管理有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | There are 3 points in Lu Buwei's management thought.The first one: "To master people",that is to master and control people's natural desire which is the core thought;The second one: "To build a democratic society",It means to build a helpful,profit-sharing and harmonious society.The last one: "The leader's morality" It means that the leaders should control themselves under the law and hire the wise and advance morality.Lu Buwei's management thought attaches an importance to the current management. |
