民办基础教育发展趋向的政策分析

"十一五"时期,我国民办基础教育进入一个关键的发展时期。民办基础教育发展总体呈现平稳态势,但也面临着严峻的挑战,地区间、城乡间和不同教育阶段间呈现出发展不平衡状况。为了更好地适应我国基础教育发展的新形势、新要求,民办基础教育需要在战略定位和发展路径上适时调整,深化学校内部改革。

Analysis on the Policy of the Development Tendency on Private Basic Education

During the 11th Five-year Planning Period, private basic education in China has entered a key development period. The development of private basic education presents a stable momentum as a whole. But it is still facing rigorous challenges with unbalanced development between regions, rural and urban areas, and different educational stages. In order to better adapt to the new situation and new requirement of China's basic educational development, private basic education needs to make timely adjustment in the strategic position and development route and deepen the internal reform of schools.
