高师女生心理健康状况调查分析研究

目的调查分析高师女生心理健康状况及存在问题,提出相应的教育对策。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL—90）和日常咨询档案对高师女生心理健康状况进行调查分析。结果高师女生心理健康状况总体较好;大一女生心理健康水平最高,不同年级学生在躯体化、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等因子得分上有显著差异;女生心理问题主要集中在人际、情绪、学习、人格和抑郁等方面。结论要重视女生的心理健康教育与咨询,引导她们走出心理误区,提高社会适应能力。

Investigation and Analysis on Mental Health of Normal College Female Students

Objective To explore the mental health situation of normal college female students and their main problems and put forward corresponding measures .Method 518 normal college female students were tested by SCL-90. Results The mental health situation of normal college female students was better. The mental health status of female frosh was higher. Significant differences were found between the different grades in somatization, depression, hostility and phobia. The main problems lied in relationship, emotion,learning and depression, Conclusion The mental health education and counseling against normal college female students should be strengthened .
