| 摘 要： | 通过对惠州市文化建设现状进行实证分析与评价, 认为: 近年来惠州市文化建设取得了很大成就, 但仍存在诸多问题。如文化产业劳动效率偏低, 教育经费投入强度较弱, 城乡二元文化结构坚冰仍未打破等。

| Abstract: | By giving examples, the present situation of the education and culture of Huizhou was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that there have been making big progresses in this field. But there are still lots of problems. For instance, the profession labor efficiency of education and culture keeps low. The investment on education is deficient. And there still exists big difference in culture components between the city and the rural area. |
