| 摘 要： | 为探讨师范类大学生自我和谐与专业满意感的状况及其关系，采用自编大学生专业满意感问卷和王登峰编制的自我和谐量表，对423名师范类大学生进行调查。结果发现：师范类大学生总体自我和谐状况适中，总体专业满意感中等偏上；年级是一个重要的人口学变量；自我不和谐、自我与经验的不和谐、自我的灵活性与专业满意感均存在显著的相关关系；高自我和谐组的专业满意感显著高于中低自我和谐组。
