| 摘 要： | 社会工作专业的本土化要求，呼唤社会工作教育课程的改革与建设。课程设计应从社会发展状况和社会需求出发，重视对农村社会工作的研究和人才的培养，课程开设要结合各校的实际情况和特色。加强实习训练课程的课时安排，提高学生的实践能力。
