| 摘 要： | 高校同乡会的存在有其合理性,它对高校整体工作的影响是双向的,对高校学生工作的影响就更为直接.只有把握高校同乡会的特征,探究和分析其产生的原因,有针对性地提出教育引导的原则和措施,才能对高校的教育教学和管理工作有所裨益.

| Abstract: | The existence of townsmen association is reasonable. It has double influence on the work at colleges and universities and direct influence on student work. Townsmen association can help teaching and managerial work at colleges and universities as long as the departments concerned understand its characteristics by analyzing the reasons for its appearance and by putting forward guiding principles and measures. |
