摘    要:本文研究了大球盖菇菌丝在不同含水量的锯末培养料中的生长情况,结果显示,大球盖菇茵丝在锯末含水量为45%~75%时都能生长,最佳含水量为70%,在较低含水量的培养料中大球盖菇茵丝生长较稀疏.

Abstract:The mycelial growth rate of Stropharia rugoso-annulata cultivated in sawdust composts with different water content was studied,and the results showed that the strains could grow in the sawdust compost with water content from 45% to 75%, the optimal water content in the compost was 70%.The mycelia were undergrowth in the low water content compost.
