| 摘 要： | 我国西部地区与中、东部地区在经济发展上有着明显的差距，特别是西部少数民族地区县域经济的发展严重失衡。因此，从西部少数民族地区与发达地区县域经济发展之间存在的差距人手进一步分析导致不同地区县域经济发展失衡的因素，对我国采取有力措施加强宏观政策调控，缩小地区间的贫富差距和协调发展具有指导性意义。
