| 摘 要： | 教育发展必须以人口发展为基本依据。未来10年江苏人口发展和生源变化的基本趋势是:总人口低速增长,少儿人口比例低位浮动,城市化进程高速推进,老龄人口比例持续提高,全省学龄人口在总体上呈下降趋势。这一变化趋势要求全省教育事业以提高质量为主题、以优化结构为主线、以人民满意为标准,扎扎实实推进发展方式转变。

| Abstract: | Education development must be based on population development.In the next ten years,the basic trend of population development and student source change in Jiangsu Province is that the total population increases in a slow speed,that the proportion of children fluctuates in a low status,that urbanization speeds up,that the rate of the aging continues rising,and that school-age population tends to decline on the whole.Such a changing trend requires corresponding and effective measures and strategies to deal with the above situation. |
