中小学教师继续教育有效模式的探索

摘    要:为了适应新课程改革,自新课程实施以来,各级教育主管部门、学校都非常重视职后中小学教师的教育,一直在投入大量的人力、物力进行教师的教育培训,但效果不尽如人意,本文对原因进行了分析,并探讨了目前对职后教师继续教育的有效模式。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform,since the new curriculum was implemented,all levels of educations departments of responsibility and schools attach great importance to the continuing education of elementary and middle school teachers.A lot of manpower,material resources had been put in the training,but the effect was not satisfying.This article analyzes the reason,and discusses the effective patterns for teachers' in-post continuing education.
