新形势下深化高校民主管理之我见

只有深化高校民主管理，才能适应新形势下高校的稳定发展。深化高校民主管理必须在思想上统一认识，必须有坚实的群众基础，必须依法办事，必须克服形式主义，必须充分发挥教职工的主力军作用，必须坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制，以确保决策的民主、办事的民主，充分调动广大教职工的工作积极性、主动性、创造性。

On deepening f Dinplomatic Management in Colleges and Universities of New situation

Only by deepening the diplomatic management can we adapt to the steady development of Colleges and universities in new situation. While doing so, we should unify cognition, strengthen the basis of the broad masses of the people, act according to the law, get rid of formalism, develop the dominant position of the whole staff, and perfect the president system of the responsibility. So we can maintain diplomacy of policy, debate, and bring every positive factor into full play, i.e. enthusiasm, creativity, and initiative of the whole staff.
