MGB-24真空镀膜机的计算机控制

摘    要:为满足装修行业的需要,我们研制成功我国第一台能镀6m长不锈钢管的24弧大型卧式真空离子镀膜机,该设备的规模较大操作程序复杂,为减轻操作者的劳动强度,保证设备的可靠运行,我们对该机实行了计算机控制,该控制系统采用二级控制,其中上位机采用IPC工业计算机,下位机采用STD工业控制计算机,共完成84个开关量和50个模拟量的控制,本文主要介绍我们在这方面进行的一些工作。

Abstract:In order to meet needs of decorating industry, we have succeeded in developing the first 24 -arc large horizontal vaccum ion film -plating machine which can plate 6 -meter stainless steel pipes. Because of its large size, complex operating procedures, we carry out computer control of the machine to lessen opeartor's intensity of laber and guarantee its reliable performance. The control system adopts two -stage control, the upper being IPC industrial computer and lower being STD industrial computer, thus fulfilling 84 switch-on-off amount and 50 model amount of control. In this paper, we chiefly introduce some work done in this aspect.
